Please choose carefully, items sold are non-refundable. I am happy to offer an exchange or repair if I assess an item is deemed faulty.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, show no signs of wear and are in their original packaging. Postage returns will be at the expense of the purchaser.

I do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on items in the SALE section, custom orders, corporate gifts or bulk orders, all of these sales are considered final. 

My jewellery is hand beaded using natural materials, The following will not be considered faults:

• variations on colours, shapes, stone inclusions, and sizes that are naturally occurring.

• small tool markings from where they have been twisted and bent in the hand making process.

Over time, silver and gold plating may experience tarnishing or plating wear due to chemicals that the piece has been in contact with, moisture in the air, or body oils which react with the metals. This is a natural process and is not considered a fault of the product. Hairspray, perfumes, water, deodorant and body products can all contribute to tarnishing and plating wear over time, I recommend avoiding contact with these where possible.
